Healthy Back & Strong Core

Do you suffer from back pain, muscle soreness, tight lower back and a weak core? You are not alone. Over 80% of us experience back pain at some point in our lives. Strengthening, balance and stretching is what our back needs.

The physical postures practised help develop and maintain muscular strength, flexibility and balance. Core strength is essential for a healthy and stable back. When functioning correctly, core muscles help protect the spine, maintain stability between the vertebrae, and reduce stress. Greater core strength also helps improve balance.

Learn how to increase core strength, improve your strength and overall flexibility. All sessions are based on Pilates principles and Yoga therapy, including elements of yoga animal flow and yoga workout that encourage core stability and increase body awareness. Sessions are conducted in a small group setting for individual attention.

Full Body Stretch Class

Flexibility makes everyday movement so much easier – it helps improve your posture as well.

Regular stretching can help increase your flexibility, which is crucial for your overall health. It will increase your range of motions, which gives you more freedom of movement. It helps to heal and prevent back pain. Stretching on a regular basis may improve your blood circulation, which can reduce your muscle soreness. It is great for stress relief, helps calm your mind, and assists to decrease tension headaches.

Small group settings or 1-1 individual classes available.

About Natalia Rudman

Natalia Rudman is a fully qualified Yoga Instructor and a certified Stott Pilates Instructor with Intensive and Advanced Mat certification. She runs a series of Full Body Stretch and Healthy Back/Healthy Core classes – teaching her clients the importance of having good posture, and a flexible healthy body. Her classes are based on Yoga therapy and Pilates principles with modern movement principles to create optimal results.

From the age of five Natalia trained in a special Artistic Gymnastic School in Russia in the early 80’s. She gained strength, stamina and tenacity from her gymnastics training, but found it was not enough – she wanted to further develop her skills as a performer and soon after discovered the Circus.

She started her professional career at the age of twelve on stage as an aerial and water acrobat/contortionist with the Russian Circus Troupe. In 1996 she moved to UAE (Dubai) and joined several international performing groups traveling around the Middle East and the subcontinent performing for companies such as Microsoft. VW, Juicy Couture, Burj Al Arab, Qatar Gaz as well as the Dubai World Cup. Her extensive performing stage career spans over 25 years and reflects a diverse performance experience base.

In her early 20’s Natalia suffered a severe back injury during one of her stage performances. Her road to recovery was difficult but it introduced her to Yoga and Kinesio Therapy, and it was through those therapies that Natalia further developed her skills in this unique form of artistry.
